Job summary

GCS Recruitment seeks a Construction Engineer to oversee fiber network construction projects in the Seattle area, from concept through completion.

You will lead end-to-end deployment, coordinating with engineering, operations, and vendors to ensure timely delivery within budget and to quality standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in OSP fiber construction or network deployment.
• Strong fiber optic infrastructure knowledge.
• Experience managing contractors and vendors.
• Knowledge of aerial and underground deployment.
• Understanding of permitting, right-of-way (ROW) and construction processes.
• Strong project coordination and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, and project scheduling tools.

What You'll Do

As a Construction Engineer, you will oversee the successful planning, execution, and delivery of fiber network construction projects from concept through completion.
