Hamilton Barnes Associates Limited is seeking a Vice President of Fibre Construction to lead large-scale FTTH expansion in California. You will own the construction function, build the delivery organisation, and directly influence cost, quality, and pace of network growth.

Qualifications

• Large-scale FTTH construction leadership.
• Contractor and cost-per-passing management experience.
• Strong OSP and field operations knowledge.
• Hands-on field and executive capability.
• Experience managing significant capital programs.
• Based in or able to relocate to California.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale FTTH construction programs.
• Own field execution and homes-passed targets.
• Manage third-party contractors and build partners.
• Improve cost per passing and productivity.
• Coordinate construction with OSP engineering.
• Oversee permitting, utilities and make-ready.
• Establish construction KPIs and scorecards.
• Build and develop the delivery organization.
