Job summary

Rightfiber seeks a Sr. Construction Coordinator - Engineer to oversee enterprise network builds, coordinate complex construction activities, and ensure on-time delivery. The role emphasizes budgets, plans, inspections, and quality control across multiple job sites.

The candidate will mentor Enterprise Construction team members, prepare detailed drawings, and collaborate with contractors and municipal authorities. Frequent travel and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience (5–7 years) in fiber optic engineering/construction.
• Experience with enterprise network builds and project coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and staking sheets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee complex construction projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Plan and prepare drawings and staking sheets for new enterprise customers and any removals or changes.
• Ensure compliance with specifications; manage contractor staking sheets and audits.
• Prepare progress reports and communicate status to management and stakeholders.
• Liaise with civil authorities and vendors to meet project objectives.
