Job summary

Chase in Plano, TX is seeking an Experience Design Executive Director to guide a team in shaping user journeys across digital products. You will drive UX strategy, ensure accessibility, mentor designers, and partner with senior leadership to align UX with business goals.

The role requires 7+ years of UX leadership, strong interaction design and IA, and a track record of inclusive design and collaboration across multi-disciplinary teams. Proficiency with front-end technologies is a plus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of UX design experience with emphasis on interaction design and IA.
• Advanced visual design, storyboarding, and data fluency.
• Proven leadership guiding diverse experience-design teams.
• Proven expertise in inclusive design and accessibility.
• Knowledge of market trends and technology to drive UX outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement user experience strategies in line with business objectives and apply expertise in interaction design and information architecture.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of experience designers, fostering collaboration and professional development.
• Drive innovation by staying abreast of industry trends, accessibility standards, and emerging technologies to maintain a user-centric approach.
• Design methods to incorporate insights from key performance metrics and influence stakeholders across the organization.
