Job summary

Chase seeks a Creative Technologist to shape user experiences across multiple products, blending design with software development. You will leverage deep technical expertise to drive business impact and tackle challenges spanning several technologies and platforms.

You will lead end-to-end initiatives, create visual representations of user journeys, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric solutions while ensuring accessibility and inclusive design considerations.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience.
• Hands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Advanced in one or more programming language(s).
• Advanced knowledge of software applications and technical processes with in-depth knowledge in cloud/AI/mobile domains.
• Ability to tackle design and functionality problems independently with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Drives decisions that influence the product design, application functionality, and technical operations and processes.
• Develop and execute customer experience strategies for complex projects aligning with business objectives and user needs.
• Diagram service flows and product features, design wireframes, and prototype interactions for key touchpoints.
• Provide technical guidance to support the business, technical teams, contractors, and vendors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate UX into product development for seamless solutions.
• Analyze market trends and user feedback to inform design decisions and optimize experiences.
