Saint Thomas Hospital for Specialty Surgery is seeking a CEO to lead the surgical hospital's overall operations, strategy, and financial performance while ensuring exceptional patient care.

The role requires extensive healthcare leadership experience, strong collaboration with the Governing Board and Medical Staff, and accountability for compliance, budgeting, staffing, and service development across clinical departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master’s strongly preferred.
• Hospital or Surgical Hospital management experience.
• 10–15 years of progressive leadership in healthcare management.

Responsabilités

• Direct and coordinate all aspects of the Surgical Hospital's operations and staff.
• Serve as liaison between Governing Board, Medical Staff, and departments.
• Develop staffing, operations budgets, and purchasing plans; ensure compliance with policies.
• Lead clinical, financial, and strategic initiatives to improve quality and efficiency.
