Job summary

Tenet Healthcare Corporation, a diversified healthcare services company, seeks a Chief Executive Officer to direct the operations of a Surgical Hospital. The role requires strategic leadership to optimize clinical and financial performance and to exceed patient care expectations.

You will serve as liaison between the Governing Board, Medical Staff, and departments, oversee budgets, staffing, and contracts, and ensure regulatory compliance and program integration with USPI platforms.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years progressive experience in facility or healthcare management.
Experience in hospital or surgical hospital management.
Strong command of English language, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

Direct, coordinate, and control all operating functions, processes, and staff of the Surgical Hospital.
Serve as liaison between the Governing Board, the Medical Staff, and all departments.
Develop, monitor, and control staffing, operations budget, and capital budget.
Negotiate external contracts and ensure regulatory compliance.
Oversee program development and EDGETM integration within QPI programs.
