Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; master's preferred.
• Minimum 10–15 years of progressive healthcare management experience.
• Experience leading a complex ambulatory or surgical hospital; strong English communication.

Responsibilities

• Direct, coordinate, and control all operating functions, processes, and staff of the Surgical Hospital.
• Serve as liaison between Governing Board, Medical Staff, and departments.
• Develop and monitor staffing, budgets, contracts, and purchasing within budget.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality improvement across clinical services, facilities, and staff.
• Lead strategic planning, marketing, and partnerships to maintain operational excellence.
