Job summary

United Surgical Partners International (USPI) is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to direct and coordinate all operating functions of MSO and surgical hospitals in a multi-facility system. Lead clinical and financial operations, ensuring high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance.

The CEO will work with the Governing Board, Medical Staff, and department leaders to optimize performance, budgeting, and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare management or related field; Master's preferred.
• Hospital or Surgical Hospital management experience.
• 10–15 years progressive experience in hospital management.
• Strong English written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work with physicians, employees, patients, and others.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate MSO and surgical facilities operations.
• Liaise between the Governing Board, Medical Staff and departments.
• Develop budgets and staffing plans for facilities.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and contract management.
• Lead quality improvement and patient care initiatives.
