Job summary

United Surgical Partners International, Inc. seeks a Chief Executive Officer to direct and coordinate all operating functions of a Surgical Hospital, ensuring efficient delivery of surgical services and superior clinical and financial performance.

The CEO will lead staffing, budgeting, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with the Governing Board and Medical Staff to drive service excellence and growth in a competitive ambulatory setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
• Hospital or surgical hospital leadership experience is required.
• Minimum 10–15 years of progressive healthcare management experience.
• Strong command of English in verbal and written form.
• Ability to collaborate with physicians, staff, and executives.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee the daily operation of the facility.
• Liaise between Governing Board, Medical Staff, and departments.
• Plan services and capital budgeting for the facility.
• Develop staffing plans and monitor budgets and finances.
• Negotiate external contracts and ensure regulatory compliance.
