About the Opportunity

East 57th Street Partners is proud to partner with a distinguished client in the search for an exceptional Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This executive leadership opportunity is designed for a forward-thinking, results-driven leader with the vision, experience, and energy to guide a growing organization through its next phase of strategic expansion and operational excellence.

This is a remote-first role with significant travel expectations—candidates must be willing and able to travel up to 50% of the time to key locations across the U.S. Preference will be given to candidates based in the Northeast region.

Position Summary

The CEO will drive the company’s strategic direction, oversee operations, and ensure strong financial and organizational performance. This role requires an inspiring and hands-on executive who can effectively manage change, promote innovation, and align stakeholders around a shared vision. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, the CEO will serve as a key representative of the company both internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of the company’s strategic plan, focusing on growth, profitability, and long-term sustainability
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient execution of the company’s vision and goals
  • Build a strong, transparent partnership with the Board of Directors and provide regular performance reporting
  • Spearhead new business development opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion initiatives
  • Cultivate a high-performance culture and lead a diverse, motivated executive team
  • Represent the company with customers, partners, industry associations, and key external stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and corporate governance standards
  • Lead with authenticity and integrity, consistently reinforcing the organization’s mission and values
  • Travel up to 50% of the time to support business operations, meet with stakeholders, and drive strategic initiatives

Qualifications

  • Proven success as a CEO or senior executive in a growth-oriented, multi-site, or multi-entity organization
  • Expertise in business strategy, operations, finance, and business development
  • Demonstrated success leading through organizational change and transformation
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree strongly preferred
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively (up to 50%); preference for candidates based in the Northeast U.S.
