Job summary

ArtsFund, celebrating 50 years of service in Seattle, seeks a visionary CEO to guide strategy, fundraising, and operations. The leader will align arts and culture with social equity, partnering with a 32-member Board to advance a fresh plan and diverse programs that expand access to the arts.

The Chief Executive will act as ambassador to arts organizations, funders, government leaders and donors, while mentoring a capable team and stewarding financial sustainability for the region’s cultural

Qualifications

• Ten+ years of senior leadership experience in philanthropy, nonprofits, or related sectors.
• Proven track record in fundraising with boards and major donors.
• Experience building partnerships, policies, and programs with impact.

Responsibilities

• Strategic planning with the Board to expand inclusivity and impact.
• Act as community ambassador and lead stakeholder relations for arts sector.
• Lead fundraising, grantmaking and financial sustainability efforts for ArtsFund.
• Champion equity and inclusion in internal and external practices.
