Arch Grants is seeking a visionary Chief Executive Officer to guide its mission from Saint Louis. The CEO will lead executive leadership, drive fundraising strategy, and oversee organizational growth with accountability to the Board.

The role requires building a high-performing team, aligning programs with strategy, and managing operations, data, and partnerships while elevating Arch Grants’ national profile among donors and ecosystem collaborators.

Qualifications

• Proven senior leadership experience with strategy, operations and resource development.
• Experience in fundraising, donor relations and multi-year gifts.
• Strong ability to communicate vision and manage a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Executive leadership and mission stewardship with Board alignment.
• Fund development strategy, diversify funding and secure multi-year commitments.
• Own P&L, budget, forecasting, cash flow and financial controls.
• Lead internal teams and operations, data, systems and third-party partners.
• Elevate Arch Grants’ national profile through partnerships and external relations.
