Job summary

Edmonds Center for the Arts in Edmonds, WA seeks an Executive Director to lead the nonprofit’s strategy, finances, and campus operations. Working with two boards, the ED will steward world-class programming while strengthening community connections and fundraising.

The successful candidate will guide a team of directors across finance, development, programming, and marketing, report to city and foundation partners, and champion equity, diversity, and inclusive access to the arts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Executive Director or CEO in a nonprofit or mission-driven organization.

Responsibilities

• Guide strategy, finances, and future with two boards (ECA and PFD).
• Oversee day-to-day operations and campus management.
• Lead directors across finance, development, programming, and marketing; represent ECA to donors and partners.
• Balance strong programming with healthy finances and community connection.
