The role guides a small staff, drives strategic planning, fundraising, communications and programs, and partners with the Board to build an inclusive culture and sustainable funding for our mission.

Qualifications

• Courageous and authentic leader with success in prior leadership roles.
• Experience creating diverse, equitable and inclusive organizational culture.
• Commitment to social justice and anti-racist strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop the strategic framework into an anti-racist, equitable plan.
• Be highly visible, connected to WaWF members and the community.
• Create an educational environment that engages current and new members.
• Increase membership to reflect community diversity.
• Serve as chief spokesperson to internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead revenue generation through membership, endowment, sponsorships, and other funding strategies.
