The role focuses on building strong donor relationships, guiding a major campus redevelopment, and spearheading a capital campaign to ensure long-term stability and growth for the arts community.

Qualifications

• Proven executive leadership experience in nonprofit arts or cultural organizations.
• Strong financial management and budgeting skills.
• Experience navigating complex board structures and governance.
• Passion for the arts and community engagement.

Responsibilities
