Job summary

ArtsFund seeks a dynamic Chief Executive Officer to lead its mission in the Puget Sound region. You will steer fundraising, advocacy, grantmaking and civic engagement while partnering with a accomplished board and staff to advance equity and access to the arts.

The role requires strategic vision, fundraising excellence and strong community leadership. The CEO will shape ArtsFund's strategic plan, build diverse partnerships, and cultivate donors and funders to sustain arts programming.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated fundraising success with individuals, foundations and corporate partners.
• Strong strategic planning and governance experience.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor and retain high-performing teams.
• Demonstrated commitment to equity and inclusion across programs and governance.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with boards, donors and partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and day-to-day management of fundraising programs.
