Job summary

TACRAO seeks a Dean of Enrollment Services to oversee admissions, records, financial aid, advising and testing. The role reports to the Vice President for Student Affairs and drives enrollment strategy across campuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited institution of higher education; Master’s degree or higher preferred.
• Five years directly related enrollment services experience (admissions/records).
• Knowledge of immigration rules and regulations is preferred.
• Experience in planning and supervising personnel.

Responsibilities

• Administers admissions and records policies and procedures.
• Develops strategic goals to support enrollment growth and student success.
• Plans and supervises recruitment, admissions, records, and registration procedures.
• Oversees transfer credit evaluation and posting.
