Rowan University in Glassboro, NJ is hiring an Assistant Dean for Student Success and Strategic Enrollment in the College of Education to lead undergraduate student success, recruitment, and retention as a senior member of the college's leadership team. The role builds enrollment and educator-pipeline partnerships with school districts, community colleges, and community organizations.

It also oversees academic appeals and probation reviews, runs scholarship awareness campaigns, and tracks

Qualificações

• Doctoral degree in higher education, educational leadership, or a related field.
• 5+ years in higher education administration with supervision experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead undergraduate student success, recruitment, and retention as a senior leader.
• Oversee appeals, petitions, academic exceptions, grade disputes and probation reviews.
• Monitor progression, retention, and graduation data to guide strategy.
• Develop partnerships with school districts, colleges, and communities for educator pipelines.
• Represent the college at Open Houses, orientations, and outreach events.
