Qualifications

• Master’s degree from a regionally accredited institution in community college leadership or closely related field.
• At least five years of senior administrative experience in enrollment management areas.
• At least three years of progressively responsible higher education leadership with budget management.
• Ability to develop measurable outcomes and data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in planning and coordinating enrollment management operations.
• Supervise managers and staff; assign tasks and develop growth.
• Ensure compliance with policies and laws.
• Lead student records and SIS planning for registration and upgrades.
• Manage department budgets and expenditures.
• Develop programs to assure student access and transitions.
• Collaborate with college leadership on recruitment strategies.
• Develop integrated marketing and communications plans.
• Monitor recruitment and scholarship programs; use social media and tech.
• Represent College at state meetings and participate in committees.
