Job summary

GateWay Community College seeks a Dean of Strategic Student Enrollment to lead enrollment growth, access, retention, and completion. Reporting to the Vice President of Student Affairs, the Dean will supervise SEM planning and integrated enrollment services.

The role requires a Master's degree and progressive leadership experience in higher education, with responsibility for Admissions & Records, Financial Aid, Testing, and Early College programs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree from a regionally accredited institution in education or related field.
• Five years of progressively responsible management or leadership experience in the field.
• Three years of supervisory experience.
• No degree equivalency.
• Experience with enrollment management and student success.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for Early College Programs, Disability Resources, Testing Center, Financial Aid, and Admissions & Records.
• Develop and evaluate enrollment management strategies; monitor SEM plan goals.
• Contribute to college initiatives; represent the college with partners and boards.
• Oversee budget development and resource allocation aligned with priorities.
