Job summary

American College of Education seeks a Senior Vice President of Enrollment to own the student acquisition journey from lead through enrollment. You will lead Enrollment Operations and related support functions, guiding a team of about 70 employees and partnering with Marketing, IT, and executive leadership to scale enrollment and improve the student experience.

You will drive conversion, productivity, and service levels while shaping ACE’s enrollment strategy for online higher education.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant professional experience in enrollment or related fields.
• Experience leading large online enrollment teams and driving growth.
• Strong data and analytics focus with KPI ownership.
• Ability to partner with Marketing, IT, and executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enrollment strategy to achieve growth and objectives.
• Lead end-to-end enrollment organization, aligning people, processes, and technology.
• Establish goals, forecasting models and performance metrics for accountability.
• Collaborate with Marketing to improve lead quality and funnel performance.
• Build a high-performing enrollment leadership team focused on accountability and continuous improvement.
