• Master’s degree in higher education, enrollment management, business, marketing, finance, or a related field.
• Significant executive experience in enrollment management, admissions, recruitment, marketing or strategy.
• Experience leading multi-channel enrollment organizations and data-driven strategies.

• Develop and execute an enterprise-wide enrollment strategy aligned with strategic plan and growth priorities.
• Lead recruitment, admissions, enrollment operations, conversion, yield, and onboarding strategies.
• Partner with Finance to build forecasts, scenarios, and ROI measures for enrollment investments.
