Job summary

Regis College seeks an experienced enrollment leader to serve as Vice President of Strategic Enrollment Management. You will guide centralized enrollment, financial aid, and tuition strategies across undergraduate, graduate, adult, and online programs from Weston, MA.

Lead a talented team and partner with Marketing, Academic Affairs, and Athletics to achieve enrollment goals. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, use of CRM/SIS, and an emphasis on accessibility and Catholic mission

Qualifications

• Minimum of ten years of progressive experience in enrollment management, admissions or financial aid.
• Bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Strong leadership, data literacy, collaboration and communication skills.
• Experience with NCAA Division III athletics and strategic partnerships.
• Experience with digital and data-driven enrollment practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic enrollment leadership and forecast enrollment across programs.
• Oversee financial aid strategy, scholarships, and tuition discounting.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Academic Affairs, and Finance on enrollment goals.
• Lead a diverse team of enrollment professionals and foster accountability.
• Utilize data analytics to improve yield and program planning.
