Job summary

American College of Education seeks a Senior Vice President of Market Growth and Partnerships to rebuild and lead the national team, driving enrollment growth across the United States. You will own strategy and operations for ACE's local presence, building partnerships with districts and educators, and turning interest into enrollments.

This role blends leadership with hands-on coaching, requiring travel across the United States and ability to work effectively in a virtual environment.

Qualifications

• 17+ years of progressive experience leading growth across multiple markets or territories in the United States.
• Proven senior leadership building, training, and scaling high-performing field or enrollment teams.
• High data acumen, with a track record of producing strategy and decisions from data insights.

Responsibilities

• Rebuilds, develops, and trains the Market Growth and Partnerships team, currently 14 Market Leads and three Regional Market Directors, around a consultative, community-driven enrollment model.
• Drives incremental enrollment growth by equipping reps to connect deeply with districts, principals, and teachers, understanding their day-to-day problems and enrolling students.
• Designs and conducts experiments to identify key activities driving enrollments at an efficient cost per enrollment.
• Owns growth in each market end-to-end, from district partnerships to lead acquisition to enrollment, executing locally and coaching Market Leads hands-on.
• Translates data insights into strategy to guide decisions, resource allocation, and team priorities.
