Job summary

American College of Education (ACE) is seeking a Senior Vice President of Enrollment to lead the student acquisition journey from lead to enrollment. This remote senior role will own Enrollment Operations and related functions, guiding an organization of about 70 employees and collaborating with the CEO, CMO, CIO, and other leaders to scale enrollment performance.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant enrollment leadership experience.
• Experience leading large online higher-education enrollment teams.
• Proven track record of enrollment growth and funnel optimization.
• Strong data analytics and governance experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enrollment strategy to drive growth.
• Lead end-to-end enrollment organization aligning people, processes, and tech.
• Establish goals, forecasting, metrics, and accountability.
• Partner with Marketing to maximize lead quality and conversion.
• Build a high-performing enrollment leadership team and culture.
• Oversee enrollment budgeting and workforce planning.
• Champion enrollment transformation through technology and AI.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align strategies with priorities.
• Ensure compliance and scalable enrollment operations.
