Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Vice President of Enrollment Management (Remote) to lead a large, adult-serving enrollment organization in driving student starts each term. The role focuses on a seamless enrollment journey from marketing handoff through registration, with emphasis on process quality, speed, and outcomes.

This executive will partner with marketing, student success, and vendor teams to optimize conversion and support fully online learners.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 10 years in enrollment management or a similar field, with at least 5 years leading online or adult-serving admissions operations.
• Significant experience with adult learners in a fully online environment.
• Proven track record of designing and building enrollment models that deliver measurable results.
• Extensive knowledge of enrollment management theory and practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the new student enrollment operation to achieve academic starts each term
• Oversee the admissions advising organization, including staffing, training, and quality assurance
• Design and optimize processes from marketing handoff through to student registration and add/drop
• Monitor and improve speed to contact, admit, and start for new students
• Collaborate with marketing and student success to ensure seamless transitions for students
• Manage enrollment vendors and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
• Develop and report on enrollment analytics and performance metrics
