Dreamscape Hospitality is seeking a Chief Engineer to lead our engineering team and oversee the technical operations of our hospitality properties. You will drive technical excellence, mentor engineers, and shape maintenance strategies to support guest experience and safety.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on problem solving, and a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Formación

• Bachelor's-degree in Engineering or related field; master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in a senior engineering leadership role.
• Strong technical knowledge across engineering disciplines.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage the engineering department, ensuring efficient project execution and technical quality.
• Develop and implement engineering strategies, standards, and best practices to optimize operational performance.
• Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of engineering systems and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are met on time and within budget.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate innovative solutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering staff.
• Manage budgets, resources, and procurement related to engineering projects.
