Qualifications

• Bachelor's-degree in Engineering or related field; master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in a senior engineering leadership role.
• Strong technical knowledge across engineering disciplines.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.

Responsibilities
