Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field; a master's degree is preferred.
• Proven experience in a senior engineering leadership role, with a track record of successful project management.
• Strong technical knowledge across relevant engineering disciplines.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
• Proficiency with engineering software and tools.
• Knowledge of safety standards, codes, and regulations applicable to the industry.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and lead teams effectively.

Responsibilities
