Vision Hospitality Group in Chattanooga seeks a Chief Engineer to oversee the hotel’s facilities, ensuring safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance across buildings, mechanical and electrical systems. The role requires hands-on leadership and a focus on continuous improvement to support guest experiences.

You will lead maintenance teams, manage life-safety and plumbing systems, supervise repairs, and coordinate with local officials to ensure permits and inspections are met.

Formación

• Must be able to perform physically demanding maintenance tasks.
• Experience with electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and life-safety systems.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee facility operations to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Direct maintenance of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and grounds.
• Lead preventive maintenance and manage vendor bids and projects.
• Coordinate with city/state officials for permits and inspections.
