Qualifications

• Oversee hotel facility maintenance and operations.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain elevators.
• Repair plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Maintain fire alarm and evacuation procedures.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with codes and regulations.
• Direct and oversee general construction and installations.
• Coordinate bids and supervise contracted work.
