Reporting to the Sr. Director of Engineering, Assure, this hybrid role emphasizes modeling, motor drives, actuation systems, and MC design reviews, with a focus on DO-254/ARP4754 guidance and robust control solutions across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related field). Master's or PhD preferred.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in a technical engineering or related role.

Responsibilities

• Develop, own and maintain product and process design guidelines for electromechanical systems within motion controls.
• Develop and maintain analytical methods, modeling processes and architecture for dynamics and control.
• Chair dynamic performance and control portions of product design reviews with chief engineers.
• Support program execution and perform root cause and corrective action investigations.
• Contribute to development of organizational capability via process improvement and mentoring.
