Qualifications

• Experience managing complex capital projects and consultant contracts.

Responsibilities

• Direct, organize, and evaluate the work of County Engineering Services.
• Oversee the County capital improvement portfolio and project delivery.
• Develop and administer the department budget and monitor funding sources.
• Serve as the primary engineering advisor to County leadership and coordinate with stakeholders.
