Ethos Pet Brands is seeking an Executive Vice President, E-Commerce to lead and scale its digital commerce business, owning the P&L and shaping growth across Amazon, Chewy, Walmart.com and future channels. Working with Marketing and Brand leadership, the EVP will translate consumer insights into compelling digital experiences that drive awareness, conversion, loyalty, and profitable growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
12+ years of progressive experience in e-commerce and digital commerce.
Proven experience with major e-retailers; direct experience with Amazon and/or Chewy and/or Walmart.com is highly desirable.
Strong commercial, financial, analytical, and negotiation skills.
Experience building and leading teams in a high-growth environment.

Responsabilités

Own and execute the e-commerce strategy across Amazon, Chewy, Walmart.com and future strategic e-retail partners.
Own the e-commerce P&L and deliver revenue, profitability, market share, and growth objectives.
Develop annual and long-term plans, including forecasts, investments, promotions, and growth priorities.
Lead cross-functional partnerships with Sales, Marketing, Brand, Finance, and Operations.
