Job summary

Fellow seeks a Vice President of DTC & eCommerce to lead Fellow's global direct-to-consumer business from our San Francisco office. You’ll own performance reporting, forecasting, growth marketing strategy, and agency management, coordinating with Finance, Brand, Marketing, Product, and Operations.

You’ll build and guide a team across CRM, site merchandising, SEO, and digital product, while driving analytical work and strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in DTC e-commerce with leadership owning a P&L
• Deeply analytical with ability to build financial models and drive decisions
• Managed performance marketing agencies; experienced in paid media, attribution, and creative production
• Able to translate data into narrative and action to drive outcomes
• Strong cross-functional operator; can influence without authority and drive urgency
• Experience managing and developing a team; strategic thinking and growth mindset
• Curious about leveraging AI tools to optimize workflows
• Ideally global DTC experience and premium consumer product interest

Responsibilities

• Own weekly and monthly DTC performance reporting and drive actions
• Maintain and evolve the top-down revenue forecast and align with bottom-up models
• Lead monthly financial review preparation for DTC and connect P&L to drivers
• Drive annual and ongoing strategic planning for the DTC channel
• Leverage AI to automate reporting and elevate analysis quality
• Own growth marketing; manage agency relationship and campaign ROI
• Oversee creative production and the media mix; optimize spend and attribution
• Lead lifecycle marketing strategy across onboarding, activation, engagement and retention
• Develop and mentor the DTC team across CRM, SEO, site merchandising, and product
