Job summary

Nike Direct Digital Product Design in Beaverton, OR seeks a Senior Principal designer to define the look, feel, and strategic vision of Nike’s digital experiences and platforms. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or design or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of digital design experience with a portfolio of complex digital products.
• Proven ability to shape consumer digital products and drive adoption and loyalty.
• Leadership across teams and executive stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker connecting user needs to business priorities.
• Deep expertise in information architecture, interaction & visual design.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity using data and research.
• Ownership and leadership in driving high-impact initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define and validate future-state product experiences through rapid exploration, prototyping, and strategic design thinking balancing consumer, business, and technical needs.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Research, and Design to shape strategy and communicate concepts influencing executives.
• Lead category-defining initiatives that drive innovation and measurable business impact.
• Mentor and elevate design craft across the organization.
• Shape product and market strategy through cross-functional leadership and alignment with business priorities.
• Develop deep understanding of brand, sport, culture, and consumer needs to create differentiated experiences.
• Champion an inclusive, collaborative design culture and strengthen community and capability.
