Job summary

Nike's Direct Digital Product Design team is seeking a Senior Principal Designer to define the look, feel, and strategic vision of Nike's digital experiences. As the most senior designer on the team, you will lead large, complex projects, develop craft, and guide the design from conception to shipped product.

You will partner with senior leaders across the company, mentor designers, and drive innovation across Nike.com, Nike App, SNKRS, and Nike Stores, shaping product ecosystems and ensuring

Qualifications

10+ years in digital design with a strong portfolio.
Shaped consumer-facing digital products to drive adoption and loyalty.
Proven leadership across teams, functions, and executive stakeholders.
Expertise in information architecture, interaction, and visual design.

Responsibilities

Define and validate future-state product experiences through rapid exploration.
Lead cross-functional teams to shape strategy and align stakeholders.
Mentor talent and elevate craft across the organization.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Marketing, and more.
Translate strategies into shipped experiences for consumers worldwide.
