Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or design, or equivalent education/experience.
• 10+ years of digital design experience with a portfolio of complex digital products.
• Proven experience shaping consumer-facing digital products that drive adoption and loyalty.
• Recognized leader with vision and business acumen influencing strategy across teams.
• Strategic thinker linking consumer needs to business priorities.
• Deep expertise in information architecture, interaction design, and visual design.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, use data/research, and identify opportunities.
• Ownership and leadership in driving high-impact initiatives through innovation.
• Expertise in modern design, prototyping, and AI tools (Figma, Cursor, Claude) to move concepts to code.
• Excellent communicator and storyteller, aligning stakeholders and inspiring action.
• High craft in visual, motion, and narrative design with attention to detail.
• Autonomy in cross-functional partnerships and complex environments.
• Familiarity with Nike.com, Nike App, SNKRS and related platforms.

Responsibilities
