Job summary

Nike Beaverton is seeking a senior product designer to own end-to-end experiences for B2B and marketplace workflows. You will collaborate with product, engineering and design system teams to ship polished, Nike-branded experiences for partners and account executives.

The role emphasizes user-centric, data-informed design across web, mobile web and email, with a focus on scale, speed and innovative workflows. A strong design system mindset and mentoring is expected.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of end-to-end digital product design experience with strong visual design and UX
• Bachelor’s Degree in design or related field, or equivalent
• Strong product thinking, interaction design and execution
• Ability to deliver high-quality, end-to-end design solutions meeting Nike standards
• Hands-on creative and systems thinker with UX/UI/IA expertise
• Experience with user research and data-driven design
• Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Cursor and Figma
• Cross-platform design experience (web, mobile web, email)
• Experience launching software at scale in a fast-paced product org
• Passion for Nike brand and innovative design

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of partner and account executive needs and translate into differentiated experiences
• Rapidly visualize, prototype and explore multiple directions based on hypotheses and business/technical impact
• Design polished work representing Nike brand through visuals, wireframes and prototypes
• Own multiple features for medium to large projects
• Design for agentic and AI-assisted experiences and contribute to the design system
• Iterate from briefing through delivery with speed
• Facilitate brainstorms and workshops
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, program and content strategy teams
• Inspire fresh approaches to design problems and communicate intent clearly
• Mentor designers to raise craft and skills
• Evangelize Nike brand and strengthen design culture internally
