Job summary

Nike Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Digital Product Designer to join the Marketplace Partners Design team in Beaverton.

You will craft end-to-end B2B commerce experiences, collaborating with product, engineering and cross-functional partners to deliver high-quality work that inspires partners and drives growth. You will lead design for complex workflows, mentor junior designers, and contribute to the Podium design system while delivering polished visuals, wireframes, flows and prototypes

Qualifications

8+ years of relevant experience with end-to-end digital product design.
Bachelor's Degree in design or related field.
Proven experience leading design for complex B2B, e-commerce, enterprise or workflow-heavy products
Strong understanding of product thinking, interaction design, data, experimentation and execution
Hands-on creative and systems thinker with strong UX/UI/IA design expertise

Responsibilities

Develop deep understanding of partner and account executive needs and translate them into differentiated experience concepts.
Rapidly visualize, prototype and explore multiple product design directions with business and technical impact in mind.
Design polished work that represents the Nike brand through wireframes, flows, visual comps and prototypes.
Design with AI-assisted experiences and contribute to the design system.
Own an entire product space or large projects with multiple features.
Think big, innovate and drive execution on cross-team products or domains.
Iterate designs from briefing to final delivery and mentor fellow designers.
