Job summary

Nike, Inc. Beaverton, OR is seeking a senior product designer to lead end-to-end digital experiences for marketplace partners, collaborating with product, engineering, content strategists and the Podium design system team.

You will translate partner and account executive needs into differentiated concepts, prototype rapidly, and deliver polished visuals that reflect the Nike brand across web, email, and mobile.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of end-to-end digital product design experience with strong visual design and UX.
• Bachelor’s Degree in design or related field or equivalent education/experience.
• Strong understanding of product thinking and interaction design.
• Hands-on designer with systems thinking and strong UX/UI/IA skills.
• Experience with user research and data to inform design decisions.

Responsibilities

• Developing a deep understanding of partner and account executive needs and translating them into differentiated experience concepts.
• Rapidly visualizing and prototyping multiple design directions in response to hypotheses.
• Designing polished work that reflects the Nike brand through visuals, flows, and prototypes.
• Owning multiple features for medium to large projects.
• Designing for agentic and AI-assisted experiences within the design system.
• Iterating concepts from briefing to final delivery; mentoring peers.
