Job summary

Nike Inc. seeks an experienced product designer to join the Marketplace Partners Digital Product Design team in Beaverton.

You will lead end-to-end design for complex B2B commerce experiences, partnering with product, engineering and business teams to shape extraordinary partner workflows. You will mentor designers, drive user-centric design processes, contribute to the design system, and craft AI-assisted experiences that scale across web and mobile.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of end-to-end digital product design experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in design or related field.
• Proven experience leading design for complex B2B, ecommerce, enterprise or workflow-heavy products.
• Strong understanding of product thinking, interaction design, data, experimentation and execution.
• Hands-on creative and systems thinker with strong UX/UI/IA design expertise.
• Demonstrated user-centric, insights-based design process.
• Proven collaborator with product managers, engineers, writers, researchers and business operations.
• Strong design process; ability to contribute new processes or enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Developing deep understanding of partner and account executive needs and translating them into differentiated experience concepts.
• Rapidly visualizing, prototyping and exploring multiple product design directions in response to hypotheses with business and technical impact considered.
• Designing polished work that represents the Nike brand through wireframes, flows, visual comps and prototypes.
• Designing with for agentic and AI-assisted experiences and contributing to the design system.
• Owning an entire product space or large projects with multiple features.
• Mentoring fellow designers and interns to uplevel their craft.
