Job summary

Nike seeks a senior digital product designer to shape end-to-end experiences for Run Club and Training Club apps. You will partner with product, engineering, data science, marketing, coaches, and designers to craft engaging, performance-driven experiences that motivate athletes.

The role emphasizes user-centric design, rapid prototyping, and cross-platform consistency across web, Android, iOS, and email, with mentorship for teammates and evangelizing the Nike design culture.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in end-to-end digital product design across visual, UX/UI and prototyping.
• Experience delivering consumer-facing product experiences that improve onboarding, habit formation, motivation, or activity tracking.
• Strong understanding of product thinking, interaction design, data science, experimentation and execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of athlete motivations and translate into differentiated experience concepts.
• Rapidly visualize, prototype and explore multiple product directions with business and technical impact in mind.
• Design polished work representing the Nike brand through wireframes, flows, visual comps and prototypes.
