Job summary

Archer, an aerospace company based in San Jose, California, seeks a Head of Enterprise Data & Analytics to define and lead the company’s data strategy and analytics capabilities. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CS/Data Science/Engineering or related field; Master’s preferred.
10+ years in data management, analytics or related roles with leadership.
Experience leading teams of data architects or data scientists.
Strong enterprise data architecture, warehousing and analytics platforms (cloud preferred).
Experience with data governance, quality frameworks, and regulated environments.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the enterprise data management and analytics strategy.
Lead data architecture, governance, privacy, analytics, and data science capabilities.
Set operating models, standards, and best practices for a growing public company.
Build and mentor a high-performing team of data professionals.
Partner with legal, finance, and compliance to support SOX and regulatory reporting.
