Job summary

Archer is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to provide technical leadership, conduct design reviews, and set standards while leveraging diverse datasets to deliver scalable analytics. Build and maintain backend data pipelines, cloud architecture, and ML ops to embed insights into enterprise initiatives.

You will lead and mentor a data science team, manage project roadmaps, and ensure compliance and data integrity, delivering actionable insights across financial and operational domains.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Data Analytics, or related field of study plus 5 years of experience.
• Five years of experience with financial analysis (ROI/NPV) and data manipulation and SQL query optimization.
• Three years of experience with Alteryx, coaching/mentoring analysts, and geospatial analytics integration.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership by conducting design reviews, setting coding and modeling standards, and ensuring analytical rigor and compliance.
• Design and implement scalable analytical methods and data pipelines using diverse datasets.
• Focus on backend data engineering, API development, and model deployment over visualization.
