Job summary

Zoom is seeking a Head of Corporate FP&A to own the long-range plan, annual operating plan, and quarterly forecasts, reporting to the Corporate and Technology Divisional CFO. You will advise the C-suite with scenario analyses, capital allocation recommendations, and board-ready presentations.

You will build robust financial models, dashboards, and variance analyses, leading a multi-level FP&A team and driving adoption of modern planning tools and AI-driven analytics to shape Zoom's growth.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive finance experience.
• 5+ years leading FP&A or corporate finance in a public or high-growth tech company.
• Bachelor's degree; MBA/CPA/CFA a plus.
• Proven track record building high-performing, multi-level finance teams.
• Expertise in long-range planning, modeling, scenario analysis, and capital allocation.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise-wide financial planning cycle, including long-range plan, annual operating plan, and quarterly forecasts.
• Translate financial strategy into analytical frameworks, reporting structures, and tactical plans.
• Serve as a senior financial advisor to the C-suite with scenario analyses and capital allocation guidance.
• Lead board-level presentations, earnings prep, and investor relations support.
• Build and maintain robust financial models, KPI dashboards, and variance analysis frameworks.
• Own the enterprise budget process end-to-end and drive cross-unit accountability.
• Direct and develop a multi-level Corporate FP&A organization and promote continuous improvement.
