Job summary

Nymbus is seeking a SVP, Product Management for Core Banking to steer the strategic direction of the core banking domain, oversee multiple squads, and drive commercial outcomes. You will act as the top product voice, hire and develop Builders, and collaborate with Architects and Shippers to maintain platform integrity and AI-first execution.

You will operate at the intersection of operations, finance, and product, guiding complex posting models, ledger reconciliation, and regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with core banking platforms (deposits, lending).
• Deep knowledge of ledger integrity and double-entry accounting.
• Experience operating in AI-native, spec-first development.
• Knowledge of Reg D, Reg CC, Reg DD, Reg Z, TILA, RESPA.

Responsibilities

• Owns strategic direction and roadmaps for Core Banking domain.
• Leads Builders, Architects, and Shippers to deliver AI-driven features.
• Drives commercial outcomes and client-focused platform reliability.
• Sets AI-first standards and ensures high-quality specifications.
• Represents domain in executive planning and board updates.
