Job summary

Associated Bank seeks a Senior Principal AI Product Manager to own strategy, prioritization, delivery, governance, adoption, and outcomes across an AI-enabled product portfolio in Corporate and Commercial Banking.

In this senior role, you will work with bankers and cross-functional partners to shape AI capabilities and translate banking strategy into adopted products that improve revenue workflows, banker capacity, and client impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, Computer Science, Analytics, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years of product management, AI, analytics, data product, or technology delivery experience.
• 8+ years mastery of product management practices, AI-enabled workflow transformation, and data-enabled product delivery across multiple products or programs.
• 5+ years delivering AI, analytics, automation, or data-enabled products in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of AI-enabled products from opportunity framing through delivery, adoption, and measurable outcomes.
• Translate business strategy into product priorities, roadmaps, and governance requirements.
• Collaborate with bankers and leaders to identify high-value problems and convert opportunities into product outcomes.
• Ensure governance, data privacy, model oversight, and regulatory expectations are built into product design.
