Job summary

Niva is seeking a driven product leader to own the core product roadmap, defining vision and strategy while collaborating with engineers and designers to deliver AI-powered, seamless onboarding for global B2B customers.

You will conduct customer interviews, study compliance workflows, and translate pain points into features that reduce back-and-forth during verification; success will be measured by faster decisions and higher completion rates.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience, including time at a startup.
• Experience with building and scaling B2B enterprise products.
• Strong product sense and the judgement to balance user needs with business impact.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced early-stage environment, comfortable making decisions even with limited information.
• Proven track record of building products from 0 to 1, having successfully launched new products or major features.
• Excited to shape the product, company, and culture from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision and strategy for Niva’s core product.
• Become the resident domain expert by researching compliance workflows and customer interviews.
• Convert customer pain points into elegant solutions, accelerating onboarding with automated document validation.
• Foster tight collaboration between product, engineering, and design to align priorities.
• Measure and iterate on product success by defining and tracking key metrics like verification completion rates and time-to-decision.
