• Minimum 5 years in a leadership role within commercial construction.
• Strong understanding of commercial construction markets, project delivery, preconstruction, and client development.
• Proven experience leading and developing senior-level leaders.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain executive-level client relationships.
• Strong business and financial acumen with ability to evaluate growth opportunities, risk, profitability, and organisational capacity.
• Proven ability to collaborate across operational and business development functions.
• Ability to operate as an enterprise leader, balancing the success of individual markets with what is best for the overall organization.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
• Proven track record of success in a similar role.
